Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy
Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy is a therapy integrating mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy skillsets into one. Through the use of mindfulness, I assist client’s in practicing increased awareness of thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations to their external and internal triggers. Through this lens of increased awareness, we can help identify thought patterns that may not be serving your well-being. Together we can work to increase your ability to remain more attentive and living in the moment with your relationships, work, home and school lives. We will collaborate to integrate the practice of non-judgement and compassion to invite a more peace of mind toward yourself and your life.
